I.

Before selection

Nothing is ever charged before an application is selected.

II.

If we decline after payment

If a payment is ever taken and we then decline the application, we refund it in full, to the original payment method, promptly.

III.

After the award is issued

Once an award has been issued, the activation fee is not refundable: the seat, the award code and the permanent record have been created for you. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will do our best to put it right.

IV.

Donations

Donations are made directly to the charity of your choice. We never receive them and cannot refund them; please contact the charity.

V.

Revocation

An award revoked for a false declaration, fraud or a chargeback is not refunded.
