I.

Who we are

The Millionaire Awards (TheMillionaireAwards.com). Contact: privacy@themillionaireawards.com.

II.

What we collect

From applicants and laureates: name, email, city, country, photograph, headline, social links, privacy choice, their declaration (typed name, date, IP address and browser), any supporting letter or evidence, payment or donation records, and their story. We record IP addresses and browser details at each step of the process to protect against fraud and chargebacks. We never ask for a home or postal address: certificates are delivered digitally, so no laureate’s address is ever stored.

III.

What we never collect

Bank statements, account numbers, tax returns, identity document numbers or a figure for anyone’s net worth. If you send us something like that by mistake, we delete it.

IV.

What is public

Only what a laureate chooses: their name or initials or nothing, photograph (if shown by name), city and country, headline, social links, story and award record.

V.

Evidence files

Letters and evidence uploaded during qualification are stored privately, are never published, and are deleted after the review window (normally 90 days after the decision). The decision itself is kept.

VI.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal (and UPI in India). We never see or store full card numbers.

VII.

Email

We email you only about your application, your award, your story and, rarely, news about The Millionaire Awards. Every email comes from awards@themillionaireawards.com.

VIII.

Applications never completed

If someone applies and never completes their profile, we delete their details after twelve months.

IX.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to switch to a Private Laureate at any time. Email privacy@themillionaireawards.com.
